While Amazon has done an excellent job these chainsaws are under par.The first you sent was defective, do not go over very well in the factory. You replaced by another very soon, thank you that.This for someone who is worse, the bar and the assembly is very difficult to put on the visa does not send enough oil for the chain so that it is overheating and seizure chain . Basically I have two non-work saws.I channel Poulan not think the product quality decreases, and will be in your interestnot to sell them.

I bought a chainsaw understand taking a chance on the engine, grease, etc. When this happens, I had to raise the bar and chain. The bar and chain are not new. The bar has been beaten to the point, and the chain does not turn around, when I put on, because the teeth move in bar were seriously damaged. If I do buy a new bar and chain, was the cost of a new unit. DO NOT BUY THAT ARE reconditioner a scam. I bought reconditioned chain saws in the pastand no one has tried to pawn off a bar and used a chainsaw. I had to grind his teeth to follow successfully in the bar for its performance, the unit seems to work fine, but when you do not think the end Refurbished bar and the chain has more than half live!

... The term "factory renewed" and "AS IS" can be interchangeable with respect to this product. Poulan is a summit "in the line of chain saws and anyway, when you factor in trying to find parts for your product, we are facing another giant" headache "..! I had to order another string "wheel clamping" of the saw that took two weeks and to wait another week to find a repair shop to install the game ..! Needless to say there will not be "renewed" .. purchases of products!
